Report a Pothole

• Questions with an asterisk (*) are required.
• You must provide an email address.
• When you submit the form you will receive an email confirming your request.
• The email will have the case number and an expected completion date for your request.
• This form is for reporting potholes on Minneapolis city streets and parkways only.
• Service Level Goal: The goal is to address this within 12 working days, but time of year, conditions, resource availability and other priorities and factors will affect response times, so response times will vary.
• Resolution: When the pothole is patched, whether temporarily or permanently, the supervisor or his/her designee closes out the service request

Report a Pothole on Non-City Street

• County roads are maintained by Hennepin County, visit their site to report a pothole on a county road.
• Highways and interstate roadways, including entrance and exit ramps, are maintained by the State, visit the MN Department of Transportation to report a pothole on a state highway.
